Kweku A. Awotwi is a recent EVP of Tullow Oil Plc, and MD of Tullow Ghana Ltd, the operator of Jubilee and TEN (“Tweneboa Enyenra Ntomme”) deep water oil and gas fields offshore Ghana, (Joined in March 2018 and left in June 2020)
He is a former Chief Executive of the Volta River Authority, Ghana’s state electricity generation utility (2009-2013) Before this, he was MD, Strategic Planning & New Business Development for Ashanti Goldfields (today: AGA) Ltd. (1998-2004). Mr. Awotwi was Manager of Business Planning for the Primary Aluminum business unit of Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Company in Pleasanton, California (1990-1998)
Currently, Mr. Awotwi is the Board Chairman of UBA Ghana Ltd, the Multimedia Group Limited (Ghana), and PlaySoccer (Ghana), a non-profit organization. He is the immediate past Chairman of the Volta River Authority, the Ghana Upstream Petroleum Chamber, and also of Stanbic Bank (Ghana) Ltd.
Mr. Awotwi has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford, California, and a B.S in Electrical Engineering, Economics, and Political Science from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.


Mr. Ahmed-Salim is a recognized entrepreneurial change manager with strong leadership expertise in organizational improvement and cultural change initiatives to meet strategic goals.
Mr. Salim has extensive operational experience in process improvements, surface, and underground mining, and has demonstrated expertise in facilitating the development of an effective team and safety cultures to enhance participation in continuous improvement.
Mr. Salim has over 14 years of experience in the mining industry and held various roles in operations, engineering, business management, and strategy.
Mr. Salim has been Processing Manager, General Manager, and Director for Golden Stars Bogoso Prestea mine overseeing the management of refractory, oxide, surface, and underground mining operations and is currently the Director for Refractory Study (new business development) for FGR, new owners of the mine.
Mr. Salim is Certified as a Process Manager and approved General Manager by the Inspectorate Division of Minerals Commission of Ghana and Professional Member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals, and Mining (IM3, UK) and Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).
Mr. Salim holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Minerals Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MPhil Degree from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa.

Professor Choi holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines, the USA, and a B.Sc and an M.Sc in Metallurgical Engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea.


Dr. Peter Condos is a Senior Mining Consultant in the areas of Mining Exploration, Metallurgy, Innovation, Environment, and Sustainability, with more than 10 registered patents and over 30 publications mining oriented.
Dr. Kondos is one of the most inspiring and innovative consultants in the industry, with over 30 years of experience in the leading mining corporates in the world, such as Noranda Tech Centre, Can. Electronic Powders Corp., INCO Tech Services Labs, and Barrick Gold Corporation.

Mr. Diner has over forty years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong emphasis on gold and base metals exploration and mine development, computer modeling of complex ore bodies, and due diligence.
Mr. Diner is a member of the “Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario”, Qualified Person NI-43-101, and JORC definitions.
Mr. Diner has an extensive mining background in gold, copper, silver, lead, zinc, molybdenum, tungsten, rare earths, tantalum-niobium, uranium, and phosphates.
Mr. Diner has fluent in English, Hebrew, and Spanish (Basic Arabic).
Mr. Diner holds an M.Sc. & P.Geol from Stanford (USA) and the Hebrew University (Israel).


Mr. Fartok is a highly experienced EVP of Business Development & COO in the Global Market, with vast experience in Environmental (Water, Waste, Sanitation Renewables, etc.), Legal (Regulation, labor law, local content, taxation, etc.) Logistic & Operation, Mining, Consulting, Project Execution & Finance especially in Emerging Markets.
Mr. Fartok has extensive background and experience in Technology scouting, screening, and matching process, where he collaborates with some of the leading organizations to match and introduce them to Innovative and unique technologies from various verticals.
Mr. Fartok Led & managed project financing & execution valued in MN$ in collaboration with The WB, IMF, IFC & Private Funds, most of them in emerging markets.

Mrs. Frenkel led the Emergency Plan for the Israeli Government for Desalination, Water Tariffs, Pollution & Municipalities Reform (2007).
Mrs. Frenkel wrote the “IWA” Chapter in the book “Water Policy in Israel: Context, Issues & Options”.
Mrs. Frenkel served as the CLA & DCLA to the Ministry of Agriculture & Ministry of Finance.
